Your broker has started an application for you. Sign in to finish it, sign it, and upload the documents they asked for. If nobody has started one for you, you can start your own.

Use the email address your broker has for you. If you have not signed in before, create your account with that same address.

Complete and sign
Fill in what is still missing, then sign. You type your name, so there is nothing to print or scan.

Upload documents
Upload the documents your broker asked for. The list shows what is still outstanding.
